Who Are We:
We deliver the freshest microgreens to homes, restaraunts, private chefs, caterers, and retail stores in RI and Southeastern MA. Our mission is to bring you pesticide free, local produce the same day as we harvest it. Local food is fresher and better for you. The shorter the time from our microgreen farm to your table, the less likely the nutrients are to be lost. We use NON-GMO seeds, organic soil, and use no chemicals. Fern Farm takes pride in providing truly exceptional service to each of our customers. Cultivating relationships with all of our customers is a priority. We are pleased to share our garden of dreams with our local communities and neighbors.

What Are Microgreens and Where's the Silo?
We are not your typical farm with tractors, cows, and acres of fields. Our products are grown all year round indoors using vertical stations with proper indoor air quality.
Microgreens are vegetable and herb greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed . Studies have shown microgreens have up to 40 times more vital nutrients than mature plants. They are used as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor and texture enhancement. They are widely known as a superfood in addition to adding color and flair to a dish. Microgreens make everything more beautiful and healthy.
